The journal accepts original research articles, conceptual papers, and case studies covering human resource management, financial management, marketing management, operations management, strategic management, and other relevant topics in management science.

All manuscripts must follow the author guidelines and article template provided by the journal. Submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process before publication.
