All manuscripts submitted to Metric: Management Research and Innovation Excellence undergo a peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
The review process begins with an initial editorial screening by the editorial team to assess the suitability of the manuscript in terms of scope, structure, and compliance with author guidelines. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are then sent to independent reviewers for further evaluation.
Metric applies a double-blind peer-review system in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two reviewers who evaluate the scientific contribution, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and relevance of the manuscript.
Based on reviewers’ comments and recommendations, the editorial decision may be one of the following:
- Accepted without revision
- Accepted with minor revision
- Accepted with major revision
- Rejected
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments and resubmit within the specified timeframe. The final decision regarding publication is made by the editor based on the reviewers’ recommendations and editorial consideration.
